can I reserve for accommodation?
It is always good if you reserve your accommodation earlier. Otherwise,
the required accommodation might not be available.
How
can I confirm my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation voucher by email. Your confirmation
voucher lists your reservation details (guest information, name
and contact number, arrival and check-out dates, total price and
accommodation address).
How
do I get to you from Pearson International Airport?
......by Bus and Subway.
......by Taxi. Expect to pay between $45~$60 to TiptopCondo.
......You can organize the pick up on your arrival day with TiptopCondo.
Our mini van can carry 3-4 people with 6-7 luggage's at CAD$50.00
What
time can we arrive and depart?
Check-in at 2:00pm or after, and check-out 12:00 or before.
Can
you please indicate the prices? Are there any hidden cost?
The prices are in the web site and there is no extra charge or hidden
cost.
In
which currency shall I pay?
Prices are expressed in Canadian dollars. Beside Canadian dollars,
we only accept US Dollars. Make sure that this point is clear before
confirming the reservation.
Is
there a minimum nights stay?
3 nights minimum, that also depends on the period.
What
happens if we need to cut our vacation short and leave early?
There is no refund for early departure or shortened stays.
Do
we need to clean the room before we leave?
No and yes. You're not expected to do any actual "cleaning",
but you are expected to leave the rooms & living room in a reasonable
order, in other words, you don't need to clean it, just pick up
your own mess!
Is
there a convenient store or restaurant in walking distance ?
Yes there are convenient, grocery store and restaurant (mall food
court) within walking distance.
Do
you have cooking & laundry facilities?
Kitchen - You can cook in our complete kitchen.
Coin Laundry - washers and dryers are available for your use, you
have to supply your own detergent and fabric softener.
Will
I have a phone and internet connection in my room?
All rooms have individual internet connection ready. If you have
a laptop with wireless internet connection you can access the network
from anywhere in the condo. We only have a guest telephone in the
living room(free local call). If you would like to make a long distance
call, then you are required to purchase a long distance calling
card.
Do
you have a parking?
Yes we do have limited free parking.
Are
bed linen, pillow and towels provided?
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided . Towels are not provided.
